Manage Customers

Jobber accounts can view their customers’ assets in addition to their own internal assets. This allows a jobber to stay informed about their customers’ Tanks, Sites, and Hardware. A jobber does not have the ability to edit their customers assets from within their jobber account.

To view customer assets from within a jobber account:

  • Go to Manage and click on the Internal dropdown
  • Select Customers

From here, you can select Customers, Tanks, Sites, and Hardware to view more detail about your customer’s assets.

Jobbers also can add new customers directly within their account.

To add a new customer account from inside your jobber account:

  • Go to Manage and click on the Internal dropdown
  • Select Customers, then click Customers just below it
  • On the right-hand side, click Add New Customer

When a customer is added from within a jobber’s account, that customer will automatically have that jobber’s code assigned to them and will automatically appear in that jobber’s customer list.
