Edit Pump Transactions

You are here:
Only pump transactions can be edited at this time. Fill and inventory adjustment transactions cannot. The values that can be edited in a pump transaction are:
  • Driver
  • Vehicle
  • Questions at the pump
  • Custom Data Field values
To edit a transaction:
  1. Locate the transaction in the Site, Tank, Vehicle, or Driver Activity tables
  2. Click anywhere on the transaction row to view the transaction details
  3. Click the (pencil) icon in the top-right corner of the transaction details

Transaction Edit History

When a transaction is edited, the previous version of that transaction is saved in the transaction’s edit history. To access a transaction’s edit history:
  1. Locate the transaction in the Site, Tank, Vehicle, or Driver Activity tables
  2. Click anywhere on the transaction row to view the transaction details
If the transaction has been edited, previous version of the transaction will appear below the current transaction details.
