Inventory Management

Fill-Rite makes it easy to manage your current fuel levels. Fill-Rite is based on a theoretical inventory. This means it calculates inventory based on the starting gallons minus transactions plus any fills.

Keep in mind when fills are logged online, they are time-and-date-stamped the day you enter them.

If you need to adjust your current inventory, you can do so under Manage > Tanks > Settings > Inventory Settings.

You can also adjust your inventory cost. Any changes made here will add an event transaction under your tank’s activity log.
