Report a Problem

You are here:
  1. Select your Pump
  2. Type in your PIN
  3. On the bottom left of your phone or tablet screen, select Report a Problem
  4. In the text box, type in the problem that you are having.
  5. You can include a photo by pressing the Include a Photo button.
  6. Press Submit Report

Our support team will get the report and will reach out to assist with addressing the issue.
