Odometer Reasonability in the App
If Odometer Reasonability is enabled for your company, you’ll need to verify the accuracy of your odometer entries. You will not be able to activate the pump and complete a transaction on a vehicle unless the odometer value you enter is greater than the last value entered for that vehicle.
1. On the first vehicle transaction you start after the setting has been enabled for your company, you’ll receive a one-time message to inform you of the change
2. The first transaction completed on a vehicle after the setting is enabled will set the baseline for that vehicle
3. If you enter a value equal to or less than the last value entered for the vehicle, you’ll see a validation error message. You won’t be able to move forward without correcting the value
