Inactivity

Inactivity timer is when a driver stops on a particular step of the app. If a driver gets distracted during the pump authorization process the inactivity timer will return the driver to the pump selection screen. This timer is to avoid the event where a driver enters their PIN and walks away and the next driver’s transaction being recorded under the incorrect driver name. The Inactivity Timer is configurable between 30 seconds and 5 minutes.
