Recurring Reports
The Recurring Report setting lets you receive data from a report by email or SFTP automatically on a regular schedule. You can receive your Recurring Reports on a Weekly or Monthly basis.
Weekly Reports are delivered Monday mornings and are from 00:00:00 AM Monday to 23:59:59 PM Sunday based on the time zone set in your Account Settings.
Monthly Reports include data from 00:00:00 on the first day of the month to 23:59:59 on the last day of the month based on the time zone set in your Account Settings. Monthly Reports are delivered on the second day of the following month.
Recurring Reports can be emailed to one or more email addresses by typing an email into the Email field and pressing Enter. Make sure each email is separated by a comma when copying and pasting from a list.
SFTP
Recurring Reports can be uploaded to an SFTP account on your server. The first step is to work with your IT team to be sure your SFTP account is set up and configured correctly. Once that is done, you can add your SFTP credentials in the Report section in Fill-Rite.
Server
The IP address of the server where you FTP account is located. This is generally in the format 123.123.123.123
Username
The username for the SFTP account on your server.
Password
The password for the SFTP account on your server.
Port
The default port for SFTP is 22. If this is not working for you, check with your IT team to see if they have changed this from the default.
