Logging a Fuel Delivery

Fuel Deliveries can be logged in a few different ways with the Fill-Rite System. Delivery Drivers can enter a Jobber Code and log the fill at the time of delivery, or a user can enter it online once the invoice is received. 

To enter a fill online follow the steps below: 

1. From the Dashboard select Manage
2. Select Tanks
3. Select Add Transaction above your Activity table
4. Select Stick Reading or Gallons Only Fill
5. Enter the Gallons Filled and Price Per Gallon
6. Enter the Starting Inches and Ending Inches if you are doing a stick reading
7. Select Done
