Driver Access Schedules

Driver Access Schedules

By default, Drivers are allowed pump fuel at any time. If you want to control when a driver can pump fuel, use an access schedule.

To set a driver’s access schedule:

  1. Go to Manage and click on Drivers
  2. Click on the driver
  3. Click on the Settings tab
  4. Click on Access Schedule
  5. Choose the days and times the driver can fuel
  6. Click Save Changes

Access Schedule Profiles

Access Schedule profiles let you save and re-use a common driver access schedule. If your organization has common work schedules, save them as profiles so you can easily assign them to new drivers.

  1. Go to Manage and click on Drivers
  2. Click on the driver
  3. Click on the Settings tab
  4. Click on Access Schedule
  5. Choose the days and times the driver can fuel
  6. Click Save Changes
