Driver Access Schedules
By default, Drivers are allowed pump fuel at any time. If you want to control when a driver can pump fuel, use an access schedule.
To set a driver’s access schedule:
- Go to Manage and click on Drivers
- Click on the driver
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click on Access Schedule
- Choose the days and times the driver can fuel
- Click Save Changes
Access Schedule Profiles
Access Schedule profiles let you save and re-use a common driver access schedule. If your organization has common work schedules, save them as profiles so you can easily assign them to new drivers.
- Go to Manage and click on Drivers
- Click on the driver
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click on Access Schedule
- Choose the days and times the driver can fuel
- Click Save Changes
