App Timers

The Inactivity Timer is the time in which a driver must move through the steps of the app. The default timer is 60 Seconds. The timer is configurable from 30 seconds to 600 seconds.

To edit your Inactivity Timer:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Company Settings
  3. Click App Settings
  4. Under Inactivity Timer, enter the number of seconds you think your drivers need in between steps.
