How Can We Help?
NXFM100 Configuration
Once your NXFM100 has been installed by an electrician, you can finish configuring it in your Fill-Rite
account. Configuring a NXFM100 has three steps:
- Adding the NXFM100 in your Fill-Rite account
- Activating the hardware with its serial number
- Configuring the hardware’s relays
Adding and Activating the NXFM100
You can add a NXFM100 from the Hardware section, or directly from a Site. Hardware must be assigned to a Site in order to complete setup. To add a NXFM100:- Go to Manage and click Hardware
- Click Add Hardware
- Make sure NXFM100 is selected
- Select the Site where this NXFM100 was installed
- Enter a Name for the NXFM100. This is used to identify it in your account. It will not appear in Fill-Rite app at the pump.
- Enter the Serial Number for your NXFM100
- Click Next
- Review the paymentdetails, then click Add Hardware
Configuring Relays
Before configuring your hardware, be sure you have added a Site and added a Tank to your account. To configure the NXFM100 relay so it’s connected to the appropriate tank:- Go to Manage and click Hardware
- Find the Hardware you just added within the list, and click on it. (If you didn’t assign this hardware to a site, then head on over to your Site section instead. You’ll need to add it to your site first.)
- You’ll find the hardware you just added in one of the rows under Your Site Configuration. At the end of that row, click the (gear) icon, then click Configure Relay.
- Name the pump something descriptive. This name will be what drivers see when they’re pumping fuel in the Fill-Rite app
- Enter the Pulse Rate
- Select the Tank that this pump is connected to. If you don’t see the right tank, it may be assigned to a different Site. Check the tank’s settings to reassign it.
- Click Save and you’re all set!
